Crenshaw Laundry offers self-service coin/card-operated washers and dryers at our facility.

We may also offer wash & fold pickup, drop-off, and delivery services (“Wash & Fold Services”) that can be booked through our website or through a third-party booking platform.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time.

2. Use of the Facility

When using our facility:

• You must follow all posted facility rules and machine instructions.
• You are responsible for supervising your laundry, personal belongings, and payment cards.
• Crenshaw Laundry is not responsible for items left unattended, lost, stolen, or damaged, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
• Misuse of machines, disruptive behavior, or damage to facility property may result in being asked to leave.
• Customers may be responsible for costs associated with damage they cause to facility equipment or property.

3. Wash & Fold Services

When booking Wash & Fold Services:

• You agree to provide accurate drop-off and pickup information.
• You should provide any special handling instructions, including information regarding delicate items or detergent allergies.
• We will use reasonable care when processing your laundry.
• We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, color bleeding, shrinkage, or ordinary wear resulting from following your instructions or the manufacturer’s care label.
• You should remove cash, valuables, and non-launderable items from pockets and bags before providing laundry to us.
• We are not responsible for items left inside garments.

Our liability for lost or damaged items processed through Wash & Fold Services will be limited to the lesser of the repair/replacement cost or the applicable liability limit established by Crenshaw Laundry, except where prohibited by law.

Claims for lost or damaged items must be submitted within the applicable claim period following completion of the service.

Turnaround times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

4. Payment

Our facility machines and Wash & Fold Services accept the payment methods indicated at the facility or on our website.

Available payment methods may include:

• Cash.
• Credit cards.
• Debit cards.
• Apple Pay.
• Google Pay.
• Other supported mobile payment services.

All fees are due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.
